Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions The initial consultation agreement is established between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Kirandeep Kaur, membership number: R712342, and the client with the name stated in the attached booking. The initial consultation shall provide the client with a comprehensive analysis and sufficient information on the relevant immigration program/issue. The initial consultation will provide the client with an understanding of their eligibility in addition to the next steps to take. Client is expected to provide RCIC with the required information 1 day prior to the consultation appointment. Limits of Engagement The initial consultation is for information purposes only and is not intended to be for representation purposes. The initial consultation is limited to a duration depending on the type of booking selected. Time used by the client beyond the agreed consultation time will be charged in 15-min increments ($25 per 15 min.). Further consultation beyond the allocated booking time will require a new appointment with the applicable fees paid upon scheduling the new consultation appointment. Our Promise If the client decides to retain us for representation within ONE week of the day the initial consultation was provided, fees paid for the consultation will be credited towards the retainer agreement. Refund Policy Kindly note that initial consultation fees are payable prior to the consultation and are non-refundable. Please be advised that Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Kirandeep Kaur is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its Bylaw, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations.
